This Refreshing toner is designed to restore the skin's oil-water balance, making it perfect for oily and combination skin types. With the addition of Anti-Sebum P, it effectively controls excess oil production while soothing inflammation with Centella Asiatica. How TO USE

1. After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount of the toner onto a cotton pad or directly into the palms of your hands.
2. Gently wipe or pat over the entire face for full absorption.
3. (Optional): Soak cotton pads with the toner and place them on the face as a soothing mask pack for a few minutes.
