How TO USE

Shake the bottle well before use to mix the formula.

Unscrew the cap and remove the applicator wand.

Glide the felt tip along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and moving outward.

For a winged look, extend the line slightly past the outer corner of the eye.

Allow the liner to dry completely for a few seconds to set the waterproof finish.
